3. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)
For service contracts, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason .
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded, provided the service has not been fully performed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by making a clear statement to the contact details provided at the end of this policy.
4. Exceptions to the Cooling-Off Period
Please be aware that your right to cancel and receive a refund under the cooling-off period ends as soon as the service has been fully performed . If you explicitly request that we begin a consultation session within the 14-day cancellation period, you lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully delivered .
5. Our Voluntary Refund Policy for Non-Defective Services
Beyond your legal rights, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or reschedule a session under the following circumstances:
- A technical failure on our part that prevents the consultation from taking place as scheduled.
- If you need to cancel and provide us with notice at least 24 hours in advance.
All sales are final once a consultation session has been completed. Due to the digital and perishable nature of the service, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction after a session has been fully delivered.
